Frosty Finger Mittens - (English pattern)

These warm and soft children’s mittens start with a garter stitch edge, followed by stockinette stitch and a short section of ribbing. The mittens can be knit in a solid color, a checkered pattern. They are sewn together at the end, and instructions for the thumb and wrist warmer are included.
For the smallest size, you may choose to knit without a thumb.

Alpaca/Wool, Alpaca, Merino Wool, Como Lamana

Swatch:
To achieve the correct gauge, I recommend knitting a swatch before starting. If you have more stitches than gauge, switch to larger needles. If you have fewer stitches, switch to smaller needles.

Recommended Needles:
Circular or double-pointed needles size 2,5 mm (US 1 ½) and 3 mm (US 2 ½) US1 1/2

Tips:
This is a great pattern for using leftover yarn. For the wrist warmer, you can use slightly thinner yarn for extra comfort.
